1. New memberships
Are approved within 24 hours. On the odd occasion the activation email disappears in cyber space.. This could be for a number of reasons. You may have entered the incorrect email address, may have gone to your junk folder or there could be gremlins in the forum software.


We advise that you add our email address to your approved list so you can receive the activation email. admin@paranormalandpsychicphenomena.com


Try entering your username and password if you are still experiencing problems logging in please email admin@paranormalandpsychicphenomena.com with the heading: Logging in problems. Please make sure to add your username in the email.

On joining all new people are expected to introduce themselves in the Welcome area. This is a great way for our community to get  to know each other.

We like to encourage a friendly environment, we ask our community to welcome new members


2. Your Responsibilities and Registration Obligations
You must be over 18 years of age to be a part of this forum. Be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with members, and staff, Staff are always willing to listen and help.  Be responsible for helping PARANORMAL & PSYCHIC PHENOMENA set a high-standard for an active and friendly community.  Please show respect to your fellow members at all times, keeping in mind that they are real people with feelings.
Be respectful towards members,  Be respectful towards staff,  Respect the opinions of others When registering you agree to our Terms of Use and may be modified by us from time to time and available in PARAMORMAL & PSYCHIC PHENOMENA Portal section.

Everyone is entitled to have there own opinion, not everyone will agree with you. If you feel you are being attacked by another member please don't hesitate to PM  Admin  so that we can be resolved ASAP,  please keep it off the boards.

Matters and opinions that arise in this forum are to stay within the forum please do not take them elsewhere. Please don't bring personal matters that arise on other websites to our board.

Unactive Members
If you haven't posted an introduction post or have zero post count within 3months
You will be moved to non active members group with only access to the Technical Help. If you decide later you wish to become an active member again. Please PM a staff member, we will be more then happy to reinstate your account.


Duplicate accounts are NOT ALLOWED. If you have been BANNED you are not welcome to participate in the forum . Do not attempt to rejoin. Any banned members attempting to rejoin our Community will be declined and permanently banned.

You are most welcome to dispute your banning.

3. Mediums & Psychics
If you are a reader, we are happy for you to read for our members although requesting or accepting payment for readings is not permitted.  All services and classes on this site are offered free of charge. Please contact admin so we can create a forum for you.   DO NOT OFFER OR REQUEST READINGS ON ANY OTHER PART OF THE BOARD


4. Medical Advice.
Our members can suggest ways of dealing with a medical condition. Please remember we are not Doctors so seek medical advise from a professional.

5. Registration and Password.
You are responsible for this information to be kept confidential.  You agree to notify us of any unauthorised use of your registration. No other person is to exercise membership privileges of your account
Please do not give your password out to any members. If you are having troubles logging in and have tried to retrieve your password, and you are still having trouble please email admin@paranormalandpsychicphenomena.com with the heading Password Problems please include your username. We be more then happy to reset  your password for you. We recommend you will need to change this password once you have access again.

6. Logging in for the First time.
We recommend you read the general section titled Portal of this forum. If you have any questions and cannot be found here please post, either another member, staff or Admin will reply.

7. Site Owners
We do ask that our members do not post their sites in their posts. We do allow links in your profile and as a signature though you must have a minimum of 50 post count. Be an active member of our board. Otherwise it will be removed without any notification. If you need help doing this please contact admin or a staff member and we will be happy to do this for you.

Exceptions can be made if we have a link agreement with other board owners, please contact admin for more info

8. Submission of Content on this Web Site.
Please when posting information on PARANORMAL & PSYCHIC PHENOMENA from the web or any other source give credit to the creator where it is due, do not claim other peoples work to be your own . NO PLAGIARISM. Copyright laws are still in place for the internet. Please read the disclaimer if there is one.  If its an article you feel needs to be posted please contact Admin and we will be more then happy to seek permission from the author.
Please do not copy and paste our members posts on other forums without prior permission from the member. PLEASE give credit where due and link back to PARANORMAL & PSYCHIC PHENOMENA

This Site may contain links to other sites. Please note that PARANORMAL & PSYCHIC PHENOMENA is not responsible for the privacy practices or contents of any other sites. We recommend that you read the privacy policies of such sites.

10. Rules for entering Classes
Please remember if you  choose  to participate in the classes we have available. Please do not enter if you are under the influence of Drugs and Alcohol if you do you will be given a warning, if this behaviour continues you will be Banned from all of our classes for a period of time. This clause is for any Spiritual events that are held in the chat room.
Please treat these classes as if you had paid for them... All our staff that hold the classes volunteer their services for free.

11. Signatures
One signature per member please. Signature size. 300 x 90. pixels.  Any larger it will be edited or deleted.
If you require assistance with resizing your signature please don't hesitate to contact Admin we will be more then happy to help.

12. Termination of Services
Members who register an offensive username will be warned and expected to change it immediately or face deletion from the group.
Any members found posting any sexually explicit, racial, abusive or unappropriated content, including Links, will be removed from the group without warning.

Please be aware we do not delete posts or memberships. We are more then happy to delete personal photos. If you decide to terminate your membership. We do not delete accounts. You will be moved to non active members group with only access to the Technical Help. If you decide later you wish to become an active member again. Please PM a staff member, we will be more then happy to reinstate your account.


13. Privacy
We advise that you do not share sensitive information (phone numbers, addresses, full names) with members of the group for safety reasons, if you do so you are doing it at your own risk. Please do not post your email address it will be deleted. We recommend you set your personal profile settings to privacy settings for your email address.
