Fannie Bay Gaol ( Darwin )
Was in use up to the 80's and was particularly uncomfotable for the indigenous prisioners due to their conviction the place was haunted.
The side building where the hangings were conducted while there was still a death penalty, was the location of particular dread for the indigenous prisioners who assured the guards there were " spirits in that place ".
My girlfriend recently taped some " heavy metal door clanging noises " in this side building, when no door shutting or noises took place during here visit.
This was taped in the day.
There are day time tours but no night time tours of yet......as there's no real ' ghost hunting ' culture up here.....yet.

cheers,
Jenny
